Built for online sellers

Selling on Amazon Europe means managing changing volumes, seasonal peaks and Amazon's strict delivery requirements. We handle the whole chain — from your factory in China to the Amazon fulfilment centre — so you can focus on selling, not logistics.

What we handle

  • FBA headhaul — shipping your goods to Amazon fulfilment centres across Europe
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes handled, one clear price
  • European warehousing — buffer storage and distribution
  • Returns handling — managing customer returns from across the EU and UK
  • Amazon preparation — labelling, packaging and compliance with Amazon standards

Shipping modes for FBA

ModeTypical transitBest for
Sea + rail≈ 18–35 daysRestocking, cost-sensitive volume
Air3–7 daysUrgent restocks, high-value SKUs
Express2–5 daysSmall, time-critical shipments

⚠️ Transit times are indicative and vary by route and season.

How FBA shipping works

  1. Plan — we map SKUs, volumes, target fulfilment centres and selling countries.
  2. Prepare — labelling, packaging and Amazon preparation requirements.
  3. Ship — sea, rail or air to the European gateway, with customs clearance handled.
  4. Deliver — into the Amazon fulfilment centre on schedule.
  5. Ongoing — warehousing, returns and restocking as your volumes change.

What affects FBA shipping cost?

  • Mode & speed — sea/rail for restocking, air/express for urgent SKUs.
  • Volume & weight — consolidated shipments lower the cost per unit.
  • Destination FC — which Amazon fulfilment centres you ship to.
  • Duties & VAT — separate from freight and based on HS code (see customs clearance).
  • Preparation & storage — labelling, packaging and any warehousing you use.

I'll quote your all-in landed cost, including duties and taxes, so you know your true margin per unit.

VAT & marketplace notes by country

Germany

Germany is Amazon's largest EU marketplace. Selling there generally requires VAT registration, and packaging is subject to the Packaging Act (LUCID). FBA sellers must be EPR-registered before selling.

Netherlands

The Netherlands is often used as a logistics gateway for pan-European FBA. VAT registration applies if you hold stock there.

United Kingdom

Since Brexit the UK has its own VAT regime. Sellers importing into UK fulfilment centres need a UK VAT number, and can use postponed VAT accounting.

VAT rules depend on where you store stock and where you sell. I'll point you to the right setup for your marketplace plan.

Frequently asked questions

What is FBA headhaul?

It's the first leg of the journey — getting your goods from the factory in China to an Amazon fulfilment centre, including shipping, customs and delivery.

Can you ship DDP to Amazon in Europe?

Yes, we offer DDP solutions so your goods arrive with duties and taxes already handled.

Do you handle Amazon labelling and preparation?

We coordinate labelling, packaging and Amazon preparation requirements so your shipment meets Amazon's standards.

Can you handle seasonal peaks and changing volumes?

Yes. We build flexibility into the plan so monthly volume changes don't break your supply chain.

Do I need to register for VAT to sell on Amazon Europe?

In most cases yes — storing stock in an EU country or the UK triggers a VAT registration requirement there. I'll help you understand where you need to register.

What does Amazon require on inbound shipments?

Correct FNSKU labels, carton labels, and compliance with Amazon's packaging and preparation guidelines. We coordinate this before your goods leave China so nothing is refused at the fulfilment centre.
